Tesseract
Atypical Space & Location Experience in Tesseract

In the current work, we tried to express tesseract as a metaphor for Metaverse—the juxtaposition of three-dimensional worlds and the virtual wall. In order to, create an interactive wall by connecting the visualized representation of Metaverse as a tesseract cube.

We developed a cube room with sensors that tracks users' movements and positions inside the space. The small Metaverse prototype is located in the center of the interactive cube. The universe's shape and visual presentation expand as the audience approaches the interactive wall. The entire interaction experience is depicted in the little tesseract prototypes by projection mapping art.
Our work enables participants to encounter an atypical space and location inside the interactive virtual cube. When the audience moved closer to the wall (Metaverse), the shape of the Metaverse got more brightening to indicate that it was getting closer to the audience.
Simultaneously, the small tesseract figure lightened as the audience came close to the wall.
